**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Talent Specialist to partner with Hiring Manager to provide end to end talent acquisition solutions.

**About the Role**
- Manage end to end recruitment process to deliver quality applicants within acceptable time and budgetary limits
- Provide market insights and partner with hiring managers to develop job briefs, identify best sourcing solution and develop and place advertising to ensure compliance and quality of recruitment process
- Support hiring managers in making informed decisions
- Provide advice and support hiring manager through each step of the recruitment process
- Monitor and analyse and report on recruitment processes, programs and outcomes

**About You**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience using HR/CRM systems
- Demonstrated experience working in a HR Transactional or recruitment environment or a large, complex organisation.
- Previous experience with SuccessFactors ideal
