Full time maximum term position for up to 12 months (part time considered)
- Salary based on experience, range: $96,953 - $121,188 (pro rata) plus super

- Extensive experience providing strategic and operational advice on people management, general HR and employee relations issues.
- Highly developed coaching and influencing skills, an excellent understanding of relevant employment law and the ability to confidently advise and consult with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in human resource management (or extensive equivalent experience in a similar position) with proven experience in employee/workplace relations.
- An interest in the work of our organisation and a desire to contribute to our vision of being a leading and responsible force for community access to the legal system and for social justice.
