**Business Partner, People and Culture - To 30 June 2025**

**The role**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop, continuously improve and deliver localised people and culture services to meet Respect Victoria, the lead department and the community's objectives and expectations
- Coach managers and support staff in People and Culture matters. Model behaviours integral to good people management and Victorian Public Sector and Respect Victoria's values and utilise early intervention and constructive approaches to conflict resolution
- Review, develop and provide advice on the design and implementation of people policies and procedures, consultation processes, organisational change and occupational health and safety
- Build strong connections across Respect Victoria, the lead department, across government and with external stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach
- Provide and analyse workforce data and performance reports
