**Team Coordinator**

**Hours: Full-time, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday**

**Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + super (pending experience)**

**Location: Newcastle**

Our client works within professional services, located in Newcastle. In this position, you will primarily be providing administration support and organising the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the business. We are seeking someone who is customer-centric, demonstrates a high level of professionalism at all times, and can manage their time to effectively support and coordinate their team.

**Your new role**

As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and managing the administrative tasks of the team, such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, preparing correspondence on behalf of accounting staff.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, team members, receptionists, etc.
- Organising business training meetings, including catering.
- Providing support and guidance to the team members, such as resolving issues, answering queries, assisting with training.
- Ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures, including maintaining database information.
- Assisting with month end billing, reporting, and invoicing.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the team’s performance and processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Administration or Office Coordination experience essential.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using MYOB and the MS Office Suite.
- Customer-centric approach to your work, ensuring a high level of service is maintained across the business.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Present yourself professionally at all times.
- Understanding of accounting terminology and processes would be beneficial.
