**Position overview**

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Division of Shared Services, Finance Stream. The Finance Stream is responsible for the operational financial processing and IT purchasing support for the ANU community. This is a fast paced busy environment with a team of people who are passionate about delivering great service, while ensuring compliance. This role will work collaboratively with staff across the Division, Service Portfolios and Colleges.
- The Purchasing Officer is an integral member of the Purchasing Team and is responsible for the coordination of purchasing software and hardware assets. We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic team member who can hit the ground running. Shows initiative and believes in work satisfaction and enjoys client interaction. If you believe you have the right attitude and skill set, all the necessary training will be provided.
