**About the role**
Working for a leading ASX listed corporate, you will be responsible for business partnering & FP&A for the head office Overheads Division and providing financial analysis and advice to leadership teams.

**The responsibilities**
Managing 1 Analyst, and reporting to the Finance Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing key financial performance analysis to other business divisions and provide further insights on cost efficiencies and cash flow improvements. Other duties include (but not limited to):

- Reporting, planning & forecasting
- Working capital analysis and cash flow reporting
- Prepare monthly management reporting and value add analysis to the business partners to drive results and influence business decisions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of key drivers for the business
- Prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities
- Trend analysis across divisions
- Group Consolidation and Management Reporting
- Business performance reporting
- Ad hoc projects

**The successful applicant will have**
- CA/CPA qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience within FMCG or Retail is desired (not essential)
- Strong ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
