Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Analyst role located in Sydney, NSW.

The Analyst will be responsible for conducting equtiies analysis, preparing term sheets, roadshows, and supporting deal execution in capital markets activities.

The Analyst will collaborate closely with the team to deliver efficient and high quality outcomes for client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in equities with self motivated learning
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant work or internship experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related industries is desired
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field with a strong interest in equitiies
  • Recent or nearing graduates will be considered
  • A hard-working and eager attitude is most crucial to ensure superior outcomes
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
