Associate Director Enterprise Smsf Specialist

**Your Opportunity**
- Manage the compliance process and client deliverables over several portfolios both locally and interstate.
- Provide superannuation and tax advice to a diverse portfolio of SMSF’s.
- Work closely with stakeholders and clients to strengthen relationships and grow your portfolios.
- Further develop your technical expertise working across different services lines and client portfolios.
- Integral to the development and execution of business development plans. i.e. client presentations, industry events and writing in industry publications
- Grow as a mentor and develop managerial skills, overseeing team members, encouraging their continued professional development.
- Work with a Personal Development Manager on your career growth and personal goals.

- Experience in SMSF’s is essential. Also, beneficial to have experience in Tax, Accounting or Business Services with the willingness to learn and develop your skills across the sector.
- Strong analytical and writing skills in the provision of legislative advice.
- Ability to work with timelines and manage conflicting responsibilities and tasks.
- You will be able to demonstrate an ability to keep up to date and understand any changes to the rules and regulations that affect SMSF’s.
- Class software experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills will be key as you develop relationships with key stakeholders both internally and with our clients.
- Experience in mentoring team members in utilising their full potential.
- A client centric approach and ability to understand your clients’ business.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant tertiary qualifications such as CA or CPA (or equivalent). At least 8 years SMSF experience.
