**What you'll do...**

As the Product Owner you will be accountable for maximizing the value of the product, gathering and analysing data, developing insights, identifying needs and recommending solutions. You will also be responsible for enabling sales teams to get the most out of Salesforce through improved process and functionality that results in better lead conversion, customer experience and revenue.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop detailed business & functional requirements, including defining user stories and use cases for product developments.
- Define new processes related to Sales and Marketing that need to be implemented in Salesforce
- Collaborate with business users and managers, setting project and feature backlog priorities, and defining scope.
- Accountability for product progress and project management of new developments
- Execution of functional testing for new functionality developed on Platform including conducting User Acceptance Testing and end user training
- Define Test Cases for developed functionality
- GTM lead within the market to ensure successful implementation & adoption of the technology within Ford & Dealer partners.’
- Representing the voice of the customer and provide insights and recommendations for future developments
- Communicating and liaising with stakeholders and product development in Australia and IMG
- Support micro changes to Salesforce i.e New fields, label changes, new reports (complex), New dashboards (complex)
- End to end project management of small to mid-sized projects.
- Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus

**You'll have **
- A tertiary qualification in Business, IT or similar.
- Minimum 4 years experience in business analyst role or similar

- Held a Salesforce Product Owner role
- Certification in Salesforce Admin and Sales Cloud
- Excitement to be on the leading edge of the Ford EV revolution and willingness to bring enthusiasm and creative thinking to a dynamic space
- Ability to maintain positive attitude and influence the team culture when faced with demanding internal and customer expectations and changing requirements.
- Ability to understand and connect with customers
- Strategic mindset and strong analytical, systemic thinking and problem-solving skills across various platforms and channels.
- Creative thinker/problem solver and ability to consider multiple points of view (flexibility)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to create leverage.
- Strong project planning skills, with ability to stay organized while managing multiple project components and programs.
- Great written and oral communication skills. Curiosity and drive to understand what the competition is doing in this product space.
