We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to oversee and drive the technical strategy for our Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty Management platforms.

The Role You Could Play
You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals while ensuring the highest level of system performance and user experience.

As the Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, enhancements as well as ensuring the health and stability of the Salesforce platforms. You will also provide Level 3 and Level 4 support to the business, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into effective solutions. A key role within the enterprise, the Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and business acumen.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty Management
  • Manage Level 3/4 support, ensuring system stability, performance, and adherence to security, compliance, and patching standards
  • Oversee development of customizations (Apex, Lightning, automation flows), third-party integrations, and data integrity
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Drive the Salesforce technical roadmap, risk management, vendor evaluation, and system scalability planning
  • Maintain strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, including external partners and vendors
  • Apply knowledge of ITIL, SLAs, contact center operations, and customer service processes to enhance solution delivery

What You Will Bring

We're looking for a seasoned Salesforce professional with a strong background in Service Cloud, solution architecture, and cross-functional leadership. You'll bring technical depth across Salesforce products, hands-on development expertise, and a proven ability to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years' experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, administration, and solution architecture
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, etc.)
  • Strong skills in Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, OmniStudio, and automation tools
  • Experience with complex integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and data migration tools
  • Demonstrated ability to produce solution designs and technical documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder and team leadership capabilities, including mentoring and project delivery
  • Exposure to Amazon Connect, Einstein Bots, Field Service, and third-party AppExchange integrations
  • Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and performance/load testing tools
  • Salesforce certifications and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Loyalty Management highly desirable
