Our client is well known for being a leader in their field and for their people focused culture. This relationship driven business truly recognises the value in its people and culture. In a period of consistent growth, they are looking to appoint a new HR Business Partner to join their high-calibre and close knit HR team.

Reporting to an experienced and inspiring HR Director, you will be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders in all people-related matters. You will be a key contributor to the HR strategy and its execution, ensuring a high level of HR support to the business.
**Your role will also take on a talent and learning focus therefore specific experience in talent, leadership, engagement and culture will be highly regarded.**

To be successful in this role, you will be tertiary qualified with strong experience in a HR Business Partner role. Commercially minded, with high levels of energy, you also bring excellent skills in strategic thinking, planning and collaboration, and have the confidence to engage, consult and influence across all levels.

The culture is collaborative, dynamic and fast paced. You will be a highly motivated, energetic self starter who can quickly think on their feet and manage a number of HR projects simultaneously.
- Solid experience in all generalist HR disciplines ideally gained within financial services;
- Experience working within a global environment;
- Ability to operate at a commercially strategic level as well as willingness to operate at the transactional level;
- **Prior experience in a specialist learning or talent role would be highly regarded;**:

- Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility in a fast moving, dynamic environment;
