**Be challenged and imagine with us**:
As Student Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in implementing programs and initiatives designed to attract and inspire prospective Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, fostering awareness of the opportunities available at our University.

In this role you will:

- Deliver targeted recruitment strategies to high schools and community organisations.
- Plan and coordinate engagement events on our campuses, including Wollotuka.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while championing education and engagement within Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities.
- This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus on Awabakal land._

- Clear communication skills including the ability to engage with both students and community members.
- The ability to implement the values and objectives of the Wollotuka Cultural Standards throughout all aspects of work.

**What we offer**:
The remuneration for this position is from $90,316 to $99,655 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

- A degree and subsequent experience in a relevant field: or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in an administrative field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and or education/training
- Demonstrated experience in student recruitment and capacity to contribute to the development of marketing plans to recruit students.
- High level communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to communicate with a broad range of peoples, including engaging with primary and secondary schools and communication with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
- Ability to generate a strong sense of team spirit, co-operation and collaboration within and across teams.
