Provide frontline administrative support for our student enabling and pathway programs

**Be challenged and imagine with us**:
As an Administrative Assistant within Pathways and Academic Learning (PALS), you will deliver high-quality, student-focused service and provide essential administrative support to both students and staff.
In this role you will:
- Be the first point of contact for the PALS Centre, responding to enquiries from current and prospective students, in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Assist students with processes such as adverse circumstances, course enrolment, and navigating University systems.
- Support academic staff with administration, assessments, and graduations throughout the student lifecycle
- Complete student admissions, enrolments and other administration tasks as directed.
- Represent the Centre at events including Open Days, Careers Markets, and Information Sessions as needed.
- This fixed term full time position is until the end of 2025, and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land)._

- High level of computer literacy, including the ability to confidently use University systems and learn new technologies.
- The ability to be a strong team member that operates efficiently and effectively across the broader teams.
**What we offer**:
The remuneration for this position is from $74,491 to $80,972 plus 17% superannuation + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
