NSW Government Agency is looking experienced Technical Writers / Content Leads to join their team. The Content Lead consults and engages across the business to produce Closure Packs.

**About the role**:

- Produce Closure Packs on behalf of initiative owners which evidence the closure of project phases (Design, Implement, Embed) for projects managed under the Improvement Program. This includes collating evidence and artefacts, and writing, cross-referencing and proof-reading all packs to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Conduct analysis and synthesis of complex data and information to include in each Closure Pack.
- Provide insightful commentary and recommendations on content
- Ensure the content of Closure Packs meets the initiative’s closure criteria as well as the relevant external review recommendations.
- Provide advice and insight in relation to continuous improvement of Closure Pack templates and process.
- Develop strong relationships with key program stakeholders to influence outcomes and ensure effective engagement with icare’s risk strategy, appetite and tolerances.

**Essentials**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field and proven professional experience
- Proven experience writing and editing professional documentation
- Experience in a compliance, assurance, audit, reform or consulting function (minimum three years).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
