**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
The Technical Writer will work with the team members to map out the day-to-day processes of the operational and administrative management and develop standard operating procedures and other documentation in order to facilitate best practice outcomes and mitigate business risk.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Identify existing gaps in documentation and develop new procedures, where required.
- Create a register of documents and an ongoing review and governance process.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven ability to document existing and new processes.
- Ability to design and produce written material whilst maintaining consistency, completeness, and technical accuracy within relevant timeframes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills for the facilitation of internal and external consultation, negotiation, and oral and written communication.
