**The Role**

We are looking for a **Paid Social & Creative Performance Specialist** to take the lead on executing, optimising and scaling our paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. With a unique blend of creativity and data-driven performance, you will craft high-impact, compelling ad concepts while continuously testing and refining strategies to boost engagement, conversion rates, and brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our paid social efforts drive measurable growth and meet business objectives. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with a growth mindset, eager to push boundaries and make a significant impact on Linktree’s global growth trajectory.

**What You’ll Own**
- Own the execution of Linktree’s global paid social and creative strategies across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms, managing the full funnel from awareness to acquisition.
- Lead the development and evolution of Linktree’s creative testing and optimisation strategy, driving increased conversions across diverse audiences, formats, and channels.
- Craft bespoke and compelling ad copy that resonates with varying audience segments by identifying customer pain points and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with Linktree’s in-house design, social, data, and creator partnerships teams, along with external partners, to drive performance and support GTM campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, optimising for key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, thumbstop rate, and hold rate, to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Build performance reports and visualisations to track campaign success, focusing on creative analytics, and ensure that all campaigns meet or exceed KPI targets.
- Stay ahead of creative trends, best practices, and emerging ad formats, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to Linktree’s paid social campaigns.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically within Paid Social (Meta & TikTok).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices across social platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong grasp of marketing analytics, including various attribution models and their impact on performance metrics.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, adaptable to change, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Passionate social media user who stays up-to-date on the latest trends and platform developments.**Where and How We Work**
