Paid Social Creative Designer

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive significant impact based on the social media advertising creative direction you facilitate with their internal wider design teams. In this role you will be an integral team player with a proven ability to drive social media advertising creative that drive conversions, you know how to capture / engage your target audience whilst having a key skill in being able to coordinate creatives/designers.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set**:

- 2-3 years experience in Social Media Creative Direction working with eCommerce/retailers (ideally coming from a creative agency)
- Proven experience leading social media advertising creative (production end-to-end)
- Proven ability A/B testing social creative
- Solid understanding of social media creative advertising landscape, including best-selling practices across various social channels such as: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest
- Strong creative management experience with an eye for design with a proven ability to brief creatives/designers on paid social assets
- Strong management skills of content creation projects and processes
- Experience working with wider performance / digital marketing teams to understand social media reporting/metrics
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on-time
- Experience working with project management tools
- Excellent communication skills
