Our National Service Centre (NSC) provides a range of business and administrative support services to our specialist client facing divisions across KPMG. You will join a fast-paced and high preforming team to support key stakeholders and their teams both within our offices and virtually.
**Your Opportunity**
Reporting to the Head of Operations the Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring, interrogating, and optimising end-to-end complex processes, as well as lead Quality Assurance and Control within the operational environment.
Your major responsibilities will include:
Continuous Improvement
- End-to-end process redesign under a service delivery framework
- Deep and detailed assessment of performance improvement opportunities
- Identifying, prioritising and implementing improvement opportunities in the end-to-end process including updating process and procedure documentation
- Reviewing information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that each team are meeting agreed upon service levels
Quality
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining NSC’s quality assurance strategy
- Responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities ensuring compliance with established standards, which will guarantee effective process delivery and deter recurrence of similar issues.
- Identifying and sharing insights with NSC Leadership on improvement opportunities
- Utilise insights to design, own and implement strategies to uplift quality, fill gaps in process, knowledge or operational ways of working

- A Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
- Formal Lean Six Sigma certification, PRINCE or other project management qualifications highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in end to end process improvement
- Initiative, self-motivation and a commitment to providing highly responsive customer service
- Outstanding time management, problem solving, and organisational skills gained in a high-volume environment with competing demands
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset and a flexible approach to your work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft office skills
