Learning and Development Advisor

Bankstown Sports Club are looking for an L&D Advisor to empower growth, inspire learning, and shape the future of our Club
The Learning and Development Advisor drives our learning and development function, ensuring our team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, contributing to the overall success of our organisation. As the L&D Advisor you will coordinate and deliver engaging learning activities, support development, and foster continuous learning in a dynamic hospitality environment.
**What You'll Do**:
As our L&D Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of driving our learning and development function and champion development at all levels. Here's a sneak peek at what your role will involve:

- Training Programs: Develop, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Learning Resources: Manage learning resources, including online modules, workshops, and training materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously seek ways to improve our learning initiatives.
- Develop Pathways: Identify growth areas, establish development plans and coordinate pathways for career development

Essential Criteria
- 3 Years experience in L&D or Organisational Development
- Valid RSA & RCG Competency Card
- Formal qualifications related to the key position accountabilities and capabilities as detailed above
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to deal with a wide variety of employees and stakeholders
- Demonstrate behaviours which are in line with the Bankstown District Sports Club core and culture values
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, deliver to deadlines and perform under pressure, while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Ability to travel between multiple work locations
- A passionate L&D professional with experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Skilled in creating engaging learning materials and resources.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Broad knowledge of hospitality or service industry would be highly regarded
