**About the role**

We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Language, Literacy and Numeracy students by joining our team of teachers on a permanent full-time basis, located at Bankstown Campus, travel to other campuses may be required.

In this role you will deliver educational programs and facilitate learning, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes. Proudly teach at the frontline of transforming educational outcomes, helping learners who may have previously faced barriers to literacy and numeracy gain the tools they need for independence, further education, and meaningful work. By fostering foundational skills in a safe and respectful learning environment, you’ll make a direct contribution to empowering students and nurturing enduring impact.

**Essential Requirements**:

- A recognised* Bachelor degree (AQF 7) in education, with an LLND focus

**OR**
- A recognised* postgraduate qualification (AQF 8 or higher) in LLND

**OR**
- A qualification at AQF5 (or above) and relevant experience in an LLND area

Note: successful applicants coming in under #3 must complete Adult Literacy and Numeracy Teaching (ALaNT) + TAELLN skillset (TAESS00026 or predecessor) within 18 months of engagement (ALaNT expected to be available from S2, 2026).
- _From an accredited Australian Higher Education Institution, or qualification recognised as equivalent to the stated AQF level or higher by the Australian Government Country Education Profiles (CEPs) tool_
- Have a minimum of two (2) year post-qualification experience relevant to your industry
