**Regulatory Operations Officer -**NSW Building Commission, Licensing and Accreditation**

**Grade**: Clerk Grade 5/6 (multiple roles)

**Duration**: up to 12 months (travel to Parramatta is required)

**Location**: Parramatta (Regular office attendance required)

**Closing Date**: Friday, 14th March 2025 [9:59am]

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Have good verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail including the ability to present information accurately, succinctly and using appropriate structure when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have experience in managing competing priorities and working within strict statutory timeframes, including the ability to respond to a broad range of complex and escalated matters.
- Have outstanding, organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise accordingly.
- Thrive in a busy work environment while completing allocated work, guiding, coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues to achieve their outputs and to deliver business outcomes within a diverse team.
- Pride yourself on attention to detail and possess the ability to meet deadlines.
- You will have the ability to adapt, be fluid and positive in a team environment.
- Have the ability to provide expert advice and evaluation of complex and contentious licensing matters aligning with legislation, policies and procedures.
- Have good analytical and decision-making skills.
