**The Role: Sales Specialist**

Your mission? To **convert leads into paying clients** by showcasing the value of our tutoring programs.

You'll be the first point of contact for many parents and students—building trust, guiding them through our services, and helping them take the next step toward academic success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clearly **explain our services, packages, and pricing**.
- Offer **free trial sessions or promotional discounts** to encourage sign-ups.
- Proactively **follow up** with leads who haven’t yet committed.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM tools.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Excellent **communication and persuasion skills**.
- Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.
- Previous **sales or customer service experience** preferred (education industry a bonus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using basic sales or CRM software.
- A genuine interest in education and helping families.
