Adelaide, Australia Lutheran Homes Group Full time

Newly developed position in our Organisational Development team
- Not for profit organisation with room for career growth and skill development
- Permanent full-time position located in Adelaide CBD

About Us
Lutheran Homes Group (LHG) is a leading not-for-profit provider of home and community support, residential care and retirement living services for senior Australians. With over 1,300 dedicated employees and volunteers, we deliver personalised care across South Australia empowering older Australians to live with dignity and choice. Committed to quality care, innovation, and staff development, we are proud of our rich history and values, and we continually strive to grow while making a positive impact in the lives of those we support.

About the Role
We’re excited to welcome a Learning Systems Specialist to our Organisational Development team - a new role that’s all about bringing our learning vision to life. You'll be instrumental in implementing and maintaining our enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), helping us deliver engaging, accessible, and impactful learning across the organisation.

From clinical to corporate to frontline teams, you’ll work with people from every corner of LHG to shape learning experiences that drive performance, support compliance, and build capability. If you love making systems work seamlessly and enjoy supporting others, this is a great opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting LMS setup, data migration, and a successful system launch
- Designing intuitive and user-friendly processes for enrolment, access, and user navigation
- Offering friendly and practical support to LMS users at all levels
- Ensure effective system maintenance and performance monitoring
- Managing LMS integration with HR systems and Microsoft Teams
- Align LMS practices with aged care standards and audit requirements

About You
You’re someone who enjoys combining technology with a people-first approach. With 2 to 5 years of experience in LMS or digital learning systems, you’re confident navigating platforms like Docebo, Go1, Moodle, or SuccessFactors. You understand SCORM/xAPI, learning plans plus compliance workflows and know how to explain these things in a way that’s clear and supportive.

You’ve worked in HR, IT, or learning roles before and you’ve had exposure to compliance needs in regulated environments like disability, healthcare or aged care. Most importantly, you bring a genuine willingness to help others learn and grow.

Why Lutheran Homes Group?
At Lutheran Homes Group, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team with room to grow. We foster a culture that is both professional and welcoming, where your contributions are genuinely valued. If you’re looking to grow your career while making a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you.
