**About the role**

The focus is on business IT systems and the responsibilities include design, implementation, maintenance and support of Local Area and Wide Area networks.

You will:
Provide Managed IT Services to corporate clients across a broad range of industry sectors. Your support will be offered remotely and onsite.

You will be working on exciting implementation projects which will involve ‘on premises’ and/or cloud installations and migrations.

**Skills and experience**
- It is essential that you have excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- You will need to be able to provide both remote and onsite support.
- You must be able to interact confidently at all levels within an organisation.

You will also need to have a valid visa to work and live in Sydney, Australia

**Skills we require**:

- IT experience or relevant IT qualifications
- Worked with Server platforms
- Knowledge of Server Virtualisation technologies from Microsoft and VMWare
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as Office 365, Azure and AWS
- Worked with disaster recovery products such as Veeam
- Knowledge of security technologies from vendors such as Watchguard and Cisco
- Familiarity with all the usual network infrastructure technologies such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
- Willingness and ability to participate in a 24x7 phone support roster.
- You will also need to have a valid visa to work and live in Australia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
