The Risk & Complaince Manager - Wealth is responsible for oversight across the Wealth business in relation to risk management and compliance obligations. They will work collaboratively with all teams in the Wealth division to ensure regulatory and client expectations are met.

The Risk & Complaince Manager - Wealth will provide strategic advice on key compliance requirements for all aspects of TPT Wealth and provide high-level leadership and training to the team.

**Key Skills and Attributes**

Demonstrated general knowledge of industry codes of practice and legislation including AML/CTF, FSRA, Privacy Act, and National Credit legislation

Demonstrated knowledge of the operation of MISs

Well-developed customer service skills

Ability to manage strict deadlines and adjust to suit changing priorities

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically working within a risk & compliance role or similar
- Proven leadership and highly developed communication skills
- Knowledge of financial services, trustee services and MIS management
- Proficient in statutory interpretation
