**About the Role**

As part of the Mobility Customer Service team, you’ll work directly with customers, families, and allied health professionals to match people with the right mobility aids—like wheelchairs, walking frames, bathroom equipment, and more. Your support will help customers live safer, happier, and more independent lives.

**Unique Opportunity: Work with a Broad Allied Health Team**

You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse allied health team, including occupational therapists and pharmacists.
- **Occupational Therapists**: Support therapists in recommending and trialing equipment that helps clients achieve their daily living goals, ensuring each person receives tailored solutions for their needs.
- **Pharmacists**: Liaise with pharmacists to ensure customers understand how their equipment and medications work together, especially for clients at risk of falls or managing complex health needs.
- **Team-Based Care**: This collaborative environment means you’ll learn from experts across disciplines, contribute to holistic care plans, and help deliver the best possible outcomes for each client.

**What You’ll Do**
- Welcome and assist customers in the mobility showroom
- Listen to customers’ needs and recommend suitable mobility equipment
- Demonstrate products and explain their benefits
- Support customers and clinicians with equipment trials and hire
- Process sales, orders, and hire agreements
- Keep the showroom tidy, safe, and well-stocked
- Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help maintain accurate records and stock levels

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Friendly, patient, and caring attitude
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Interest in health, disability, or aged care
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Quick to learn and comfortable using computers
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or allied health (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of mobility equipment is a bonus, but full training is provided

Ability to commute/relocate:

- STAFFORD, QLD 4053: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Yellow Card (Disability Worker Screening) (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
