**Practice Manager**

A highly regarded Medical Centre based in the Shellharbour Area is looking for a Practice Manager to join their friendly team of health professionals.

This opportunity will require someone with strong industry experience, this position would suit someone who is already a Practice Manager.

This opportunity will require someone who is currently within the industry and has the ability to hit the ground running. The successful applicant will also have a sound demonstration of understanding the needs of the patients and the clinical team.

**Your duties will include but are not be limited to**:

- Managing the team, including training, rostering, and team KPIs
- Managing all daily operational activities
- Compliance and Quality
- Liaison and follow up worth any Dr’s or allied health professionals
- Overseeing Medicare billing and claims

**To be successful in this position, you will need to possess**:

- At least 5 years of General Practice or equivalent experience
- A solid understanding of all Medicare requirements
- Previous experience using Best Practices preferred
