Warehouse/IT Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & IT Manager to oversee daily operations in our warehouse and ensure smooth technical setup of our photo booth machines. This role combines practical warehouse management with intermediate IT and circuitry skills, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
• Receive, check, and process incoming deliveries.
• Prepare, pack, and send outgoing shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock is running low.
• Technical & IT Duties
• Configure PCs and associated software for photo booth machines.
• Perform wiring and circuitry tasks as part of machine fit-outs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
• Assist with testing, quality control, and ensuring machines are production-ready.
• Installation of photo booth machines.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse or IT/technical roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Intermediate IT knowledge, including PC setup and software installation.
• Basic to intermediate circuitry and hardware understanding.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment as part of warehouse duties.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to stock management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to report effectively to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,534.28 per year
