Experienced Structures Foreman Required on an Exciting New Project

**Your new company**

Your new company specialises in large-scale developments, with over twenty years of successful developments across South-East Queensland. With a myriad of award-winning property developments, they are now undergoing a new development in Brisbane's inner-north and are looking for an experienced site foreman (with extensive experience in structures) to join their team.

**Your new role**

Your new role will require you to lean on your extensive experience in structures, with three separate high-rise apartments being built over the duration of the development. You will be expected to supervise and coordinate the construction team over the duration of the project, while maintaining relations with all relevant stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you will be efficient in communicating with all stakeholders and members of the construction team, whilst reporting to the site manager. You will possess qualities that align with your new company, which includes intergrity and reliability. You will have extensive experience and success as a supervisor, holding either a relevant trade or qualification in Construction Management (preferably both). You will also hold a QBCC Open Builders Licence (preferred), a drivers' License and Construction (White) card.
