A family-run civil contracting company just
**25 minutes from Brisbane CBD** is seeking
**two experienced and hands-on Structures Foreman/Supervisors** to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the construction of various concrete structures projects.

**About the Company**:
They are a
**tier 3 contractor** that focuses on delivering works as Principal Contractor on iconic projects, while ensuring our maintenance and asset management teams are working consistently. Our team is vibrant, busy, and successful, and we believe in supporting our clients at every step of the journey.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be experienced leading hand or foreman / supervisor.
- A hands-on leader who can lead by example.
- Ideally a carpenter but not essential.
- Long civil background with great knowledge of civil concrete mixes.
- Ideally experience in running crews on DTMR jobs.
- Ideally experienced in piling, sub, and superstructures.
- Neatly presented.
- Clear communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Organized nature.

This opportunity would be suitable for an
**experienced foreman/supervisor or a leading hand that is looking to take the next step in their career.** As a Structures Foreman/Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work on iconic projects and be a part of a supportive and friendly team.

The position is
**full-time, with a salary range is $130k - $140k**
**+ super.**
