Experienced Façade Foreman required for Sydney CBD project

Our client is a highly regarded Tier 1 Contractor and they are known for their exceptional quality and commitment to delivering successful projects.

Due to new project wins they are now seeking an experienced Façade Foreman to join them on one of their large commercial projects in Sydney.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide on-site supervision and leadership for a large commercial project
- Exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate strong report writing skills to document project progress and outcomes.
- Address building fatigue issues by leveraging knowledge and experience.
- Analyse structural issues, assess asset conditions, and propose practical recommendations.
- Ensure project success through effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years' experience as Facade Foreman
- Competent in facades and experience managing high rise or commercial façade projects
- Effective communication and organisational skills and expert knowledge of construction.

This is an ongoing contract role, which will commence ASAP for the right person.

Excellent hourly rate and the opportunity to work on a high profile project based in Sydney CBD.
