Overview

Structures Foreman - Multistorey Residential at Design Build Recruitment

Design & Build Recruitment is searching for an experienced Structures Foreman to join our client, a national property developer builder, specialising in high end homes and apartments. The project is a new build worth $200M, based in the inner city of Brisbane, commencing January 2026, delivering two residential towers, luxury terraced housing and apartments.

If you have a passion for working on high quality developments and want to be involved in a company that prides itself on the standard of its work, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Must be experienced working as a structure's foreman on multistorey projects
  • Confident in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub-contractors alike
  • Ability to hold toolbox talks and promote safe work sites
  • Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
  • Ability to write a short-term construction programmes
  • Experience using Hammertech, Procore, and MS Projects
