**Permanent part-time - 5 days per fortnight**

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will provide efficient and effective end to end payroll services across the organisation and all associated businesses by:

- Processing approved payroll data and facilitating the payment of salaries and wages.
- Preparing payroll reports for monthly accounts including cost analysis, employee entitlement reports, etc.
- Processing details related to new employees, variations to employment details, back pay, terminations, alterations to banking details, sick leave, annual leave and maintain long service leave record keeping.
- Managing payroll queries in a timely and customer focused manner.

**You will bring**:

- Capability to independently run end to end payroll including experience processing overtime.
- A professional attitude and demonstrated customer service focus.
- Consistent and high degree of accuracy in your work, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and ability to understand and interpret relevant legislation, EBAs and Awards.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills together with well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of computerised accounting systems / software (MicroPay).
- Qualifications in accounting or finance preferred.

This position is a permanent part-time role (5 days per fortnight) with opportunity of some flexibility with days and hours of work. We are happy to discuss our requirements and your professional needs in this context.
