**Main tasks of job**:

- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with industry standards and regulation
- Ability to lead and manage a team on site

Assemble and install gates with precise functionality and alignment
- Assist with loading materials onto vehicles
- Maintain a clean, organised workplace
- Work collaboratively to complete projects on time
- Digging post holes and setting posts

**Essential requirements, licences, registrations and qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of fencing installation experience
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- White Card (General Construction Safety Induction)
- Willingness to undergo random drug and alcohol testing
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong knowledge of fencing and gate materials, installation methods and safety practices
- Skilled in using power and hand tools with attention to detail
