They use data-driven insights to understand what customers truly want, working with local retailers to deliver personalised solutions that make a difference.
As the Relationship Manager in the Marketing team, you will build and develop strong relationships with Trading Managers and Suppliers, supporting and championing their objectives and success measures to reach our mutual goals. You will advocate and design personalised programs, campaigns and presentations for the suppliers, and champion digital solutions in the business.
**What you’ll do**
- Achieve income objectives
- Partner with suppliers, understanding their business objectives and develop opportunities that deliver sales, engagement and positively contributes to strengthening relationships.
- Build Bespoke campaigns working with the Campaign Manager
- Design specific and personalised presentations for suppliers
- Demonstrate strong influencing, engagement & communication skills, building confidence in the offering.
- Support the Trading team
- Participate and lead supplier meetings
- Contribute and lead other strategic opportunities as they arise.
- Engage and manage effective relationships with external partners (Suppliers, agencies, public relations and any other agency partners) including fostering strong retailer relationships and supplier relationships that contribute to mutual growth as well as cross-functional internal relationships.
**What you’ll bring**
- Proven track record of and passion for delivering sales and income targets.
- Knowledge of Marketing/Media/ FMCG
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and collaborative business relationships.
- A storyteller who is passionate about supporting independent family businesses.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating and diplomatic skills required to effectively manage relationships with diverse internal and external contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under deadline.
