Local SEQ Builder requires a Site Supervisor for Townhouse / Multi-Residential Projects
**Your new company**
This local family orientated multi-discipline building company has been successfully producing a variety of builds such as townhouses, duplexes, schools, multi-res and large extensions in South East QLD for over 20 years. With a strong pipeline of work secured they are looking for a talented site supervisor to join their team and look after projects in the Brisbane region.
**Your new role**
Your new role as a site supervisor will see you working on multi-residential and townhouse projects in the Brisbane area. Your duties will include management of sub contractors, scheduling and programming of the site, WH&S across the board, as well as ensuring the project runs on time, and to budget.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have at least 3 years experience as a building supervisor on a variety of residential builds such as new townhouse and multi-residential builds. (This role would suit someone who previously had run their own building company) You will have a proactive attitude with the ability to think outside the box and resolve issues. You will have excellent communication skills both written oral to manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
