**About the role**
The role of Supervisor (CSR) reports to the Superintendent and is responsible for coordinating all direct report site employees, plant resources and subcontract teams to achieve quality and safety objectives in accordance with the project programmes and schedules.
In addition to this, as Supervisor for CSR you will;
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, the specifications, the EBA and safety and environmental regulations
- Effectively coordinate and supervise the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project
- Ensure all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work
- Monitor construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
- Ensure accurate timesheets are submitted to the pay office within specified timeframes
- Manage site security and material/plant deliveries and storage and general housekeeping
**About You**
- Minimum 8 years site experience with a minimum1 year experience as a leading hand
- Managed self and resources to deliver work
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Must have an Australian Drivers Licence
