Africa & Asia Payroll Team Lead - Support Services

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This position will be responsible for managing the Cotton On payrolls processed for Africa & Asia. You will work closely with the Group Payroll Manager to ensure that employee payments and employer statutory payments globally are made in accordance with local industrial instruments, labour laws and legislation. The position will also be responsible for the implementation of payroll for any new international countries.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Comprehensive and working knowledge of payroll systems
- Experience with high volume, multi-site Payroll and T&A processes preferably in the retail industry.
- International payroll experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong report writing skills
- Management of staff
- Award Interpretation experience
- Project management experience
- Experience with payroll outsourcing providers
