We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to work alongside a top performing Director. This is your opportunity to join one of the Southern suburbs most successful agencies. This agency have gone from strength to strength and are ready to add another member to their friendly team

The role will be a mix of professional and personal support along with sales admin, duties below:

- Basic EA work
- All round Admin
- Sales admin
- Calendar management, travel and itinerary management
- Meeting clients on behalf of directors to facilitate tasks
- Event management & general office support

To be successful you must have previous experience as a Sales administrator within the Real Estate/Property sector, you will be professional with excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires.
