Truganina, Australia Roadking Truck wash & Tyres Full time

By assisting our customers through their journey and supporting them with their needs, you are contributing to the goals of the greater Sales Team, driving both customer satisfaction and loyalty in a positive direction.
- Maintaining the day-to-day operations within the tyres business through tasks such as, product support, interactions with our fitting partners, suppliers and logistics providers as well as some administrative tasks.
- Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to understand their business requirements and identify growth opportunities, including onboarding and upselling services.
- Improve closing rates and conversion of online leads from our customers.
- Manage enquiries through to resolution, this could involve liaising with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
- Advise clients on wash & tyres sales products and services.
- Utilise your strong relationship building skills to develop and grow sustainable and authentic relationships in order to retain clients.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.71 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 15/10/2024
