We have an exciting new role as a Customer Engagement Team Member working Monday to Friday, offering an attractive remuneration and providing the platform for future growth and job expansion

The Customer Engagement Team Member will be responsible for actively and successfully managing the Frame & Truss sale process from start to finish. Overseeing all client communication, starting at the acceptance of the Builder request for a quote, right through to the delivery stage of finished goods.

Key aspects of the role include a proactive approach to developing and maintaining trusted relationships and long-term partnerships with the builder customer. The role is critical in not only F&T relationship but acts as an anchor point to the Bunnings WOB Builders Experience to engaging and identifying opportunities further down the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and collaboration with stakeholders- Liaise with and support the Account Management Team through Whole of Build- Utilise our Customer Management software to build strong customer profiles- Coordinate services with our back-office team ensuring actions are completed on time- Identify opportunities to assist the wider team with our Whole of Build strategy- Provide superior customer service.- Strong project management of Customer accounts Key Attributes:
- Ability to understand quotes and estimates for building materials- Be proactive & organized with strong time management skills- Knowledge of the Building Industry- Frame & Truss experience is an advance but not essential- Ability to interpret Building plans- Being able to communicate both written and verbally with a high level of accuracy- Strong phone etiquette with a customer centric focus- Good attention to detail with a focus on overseeing end to end Customer Experience
