**About the role**:
A Customer Fulfillment Centre (CFC) Team Member plays an important role in the flow of products moving through the CFC into a customer’s bag. So, what does it take? A keen eye for detail and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.

The workstations throughout a CFC vary across ambient, chilled and freezer environments and can include decanting items to go into the hive, to packing a customer’s order into bags.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Bagging - Putting bags into totes ready to be packed
- Dekit - Managing empty totes to go back into the hive
- Tote Washing - Inspecting and cleaning totes
- Decanting - Removing stock from packaging to go into the hive. Across ambient, chilled and freezer stations
- Picking - Picking and packing customer orders across ambient, chilled and freezer stations
- Frame Loading - Managing frames. This includes loading totes onto frames and moving frames into positions
- Loading - Moving full frames onto delivery van and removing empty frames

**About you and your skills**:

- Demonstrate a focus on safety, customer service and continuous improvement
- Possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy
- Displace strong team skills with a willingness to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work Monday to Friday between the hours 9:00pm - 5:00am including public holidays and during our busy peak periods is essential
- You’ll need to be comfortable working on your own and following set instructions
- To be active - you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- A pre-employment medical check will be required for this role
