Due to an internal move an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Fulfilment Team Leader to join the team in Greystanes.

This role is responsible for the coordination of deal to delivery process up to arrival at dealerships. Responsible for the priority setting, optimisation, challenge and balance among Retail dealerships and between Retail and AutoNexus.

**Further to the above, please note the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following**:

- Generation of ROs as per agreed schedule
- Evaluation of capacity filling of compound and countermeasures
- Communication to all stakeholders and involved parties with regards to capacity and balancing relation topics
- Point of contact for resolution of issues related to vehicle delivery to dealerships
- Manage and develop team of Customer Fulfilment Coordinators
- Collaborate with Stock Control Managers for backing up and resource optimisation
- KPI tracking and reporting

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience in retail or distribution in a competitive consumer landscape
- Knowledge of operational vehicle and retail dynamics
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience of working in at least one ERP system
- Experience in managing teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience managing a team and driving results
