**About the organisation**

**About the role**
The General Manager People and Culture is a newly created role supporting the executive team to drive and lead the people strategy, people programs, policies and procedures, enabling the achievement of business and growth plans. The role facilitates programs including the employee value proposition and embedding of culture, values and behaviours, and will provide processes that enable the executive leadership team to undertake workforce planning, talent management and workforce development, to build a sustainable, engaged and high-performing workforce.

**About you**
With a background from either the pharmacy or FMCG sector, you are a human resources (HR) generalist with a breadth of strategic and operational HR expertise to provide leadership and increase capability within the HR function. Your strengths include building organisational capability and your track record in supporting leaders across the organisation to manage issues and influence compliance with workforce policy, regulatory and legislative frameworks (including ER, IR and OHSWE frameworks). This is a unique opportunity to make your mark as the inaugural General Manager People and Culture for this innovative, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing business.
