We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administration Team Leader to join our dynamic and inclusive team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting, planning, and coordinating the administration services of the business, while building positive relationships with external customers, suppliers, and the broader community.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate within the Administration Business Support Team to ensure services are effectively promoted, planned, and coordinated.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with external customers, suppliers, and the broader community to enhance customer attraction to the business service offerings.
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support, ensuring all business operational requirements are met.
- Support employees to become skilled team members of the Administration Business Support team.
- Provide effective operational leadership that increases team productivity, with a positive values-focused culture facilitating cooperation and collaboration.
- Demonstrate proficient use of relevant Microsoft programs & business systems to meet reporting and administrative requirements.
- Demonstrate technological skills necessary to perform data entry, manage team calendars and administration software whilst creating business reports.

**About you**
- Possess or otherwise be interested in formal leadership training, such as Cert IV or Diploma of Frontline Management.
- Have previous experience working with people with disabilities, or other diverse working environments.
- Demonstrate ability to supervise employees and/or teams.
- Be highly computer literate with confidence in using Microsoft programs and IT systems.
- Have a practical understanding of WHS requirements.
- Hold a current Australian driver’s license.
- Be able to obtain a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Worker Screening Check.
- Have a confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (doses 1 & 2).
- Display excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to lead and support a team of staff effectively.
- Possess knowledge of financial and operational processes.
