**About the role**:
Unleash your potential with our Refrigeration Mechanic Apprenticeship This program offers you the chance to blend learning with hands-on experience in a dynamic and exciting field. Over the course of the apprenticeship, you'll develop an in-depth understanding of refrigeration systems, learning to install, service, and repair. We provide an enriching environment with mentorship from industry pros, helping you to evolve your skills and get job-ready. The role is **Monday - Friday** 38 hours a week with **a start time of 7:00 **and a **finish time of 3:30pm**.

Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 4 years. **About you**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Holds a driver's license

**What you will do**:

- Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Learning to diagnose and troubleshoot faults in refrigeration systems.
- Adhering to safety procedures and protocols when using tools and equipment.
- Keeping a record of all maintenance and repair work done.
- Participating in on-the-job training and educational opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and technology.
- Working collaboratively with senior mechanics and technicians.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with clients or customers.
