**What you’ll be working on**

Are you an experienced people leader who can inspire and lead a diverse team to ensure operations run smoothly, address delivery and staffing challenges while achieving outstanding customer experience?

FedEx Express is looking for a **Deputy Manager of Operations **/ **Warehouse Manager** / **Depot Manager**.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing Supervisors and leading our station located in **Erskine Park, NSW, 2759.**
- Lead, motivate and empower through effective & open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building in order to maximise customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and team productivity.
- Analyse day-to-day results in the depot operations and take action to meet the depot targets for service quality, loss and damage reduction, at optimum costs.
- Establish a customer focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
- Use of standard tools and methods to ensure daily/weekly/monthly reporting, measuring and control of resources, activity service performance and cost.
- Initiate and implement optimisation programs to achieve efficient activities and targeting continuous improvement on incurred unit cost.

**Skills & Experience**
- People management experience (preferably in an Operations Role).
- Experience working within the Transport, Warehousing, Supply Chain or Logistics Industry.
- Support and drive a culture of best practice through continuous improvement strategies.
