**The Opportunity**

We invite a dedicated, bilingual 'Mandarin Speaking HR Generalist' to join our vibrant team. This full-time, permanent position is based in our lively Australian head office in Dandenong South, Victoria. You will report to the Director of CIRRO Fulfillment Australia and the HR Director of CIRRO Fulfillment Global HQ, playing a key role in supporting our business operations in Australia.

**Your Role**

As our Mandarin Speaking HR Generalist, your mission is to support our organization's growth in Australia and implement vital tasks and projects from our Global HQ. You will be instrumental in a variety of HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, HR administration, and legal compliance. Bridging cultural and linguistic gaps, you will build trust, support business success, and enhance our global cooperative spirit.

Your journey at CIRRO will be interspersed with up to 20% short business travels, primarily to our Sydney office, as part of harmonizing strategies and HR initiatives. As CIRRO expands and evolves, you will find abundant opportunities to grow into the role of HR & Admin Manager, potentially shaping our HR strategy on a larger scale.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implementing and refining HR policies and procedures
- Managing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process
- Coordinating training and development initiatives
- Resolving HR issues and maintaining compliance with Australian employment law and WHS standards
- Driving performance management and employee engagement strategies
- Overseeing HR administrative duties
- Implementing tasks and projects from the Global HQ
- Perform other tasks assigned by the company or supervisors

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the logistics, e-commerce, or related industry
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with superb communication skills
- Proficiency with HR software and HR metrics
- Comprehensive understanding of Australian labor laws, work health and safety regulations, and disciplinary procedures
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish trust with business stakeholders and support business success
- Australian permanent resident or citizen
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for business

**Salary&Compensation**
- To be discussed during interview, commensurate with experience
- Full-time permanent contract has monthly bonus and super, enjoys all statutory welfare such as holiday, sick leave, etc.
