We are growing and we want YOU We currently have a fulltime opportunity available for an experienced **Human Resources Officer** at our **Dandenong South **office. **What’s in it for YOU**: - Employee Reward and Recognition Program, including discount program. - Employee Assistance Program. - Supportive HR Team environment. - Opportunity to own your region, support your managers and work in a generalist capacity. **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Assisting employees and managers with general HR enquiries, tasks, and responsibilities. - Looking after your internal clients and their HR needs - Preparing contracts and formal documentation, liaising with managers and key stakeholders. - Entering and maintaining employee data in the payroll system (CHRIS) - HR Administration; including maintaining personnel files, documentation and induction preparations. - Liaising with WorkCover Insurers, injured workers, and Managers to coordinate claim lodgement, Return to Work and meet all statutory obligations. - 2+ years previous experience in a similar role for a multi-site business environment. - Intermediate computer skills & excellent administration skills. - Well-developed communication skills, professional telephone manner and appreciation of sensitive information. *
