We are seeking a motivated, reliable and results-drive sales representative to join our team. The position on offer is fulltime with opportunity to work-from-home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Discover tenders and sell our product
- Nuture and convert leads to sales
- Foster and maintain strong and enduring client relationships
- Build and manage new client relationship pipelines
- Maintain a network of professional contacts to discover new opportunities
- Negotiate and closing deals

To be successful in this role:

- Basic understanding/experience in the construction industry
- Familiarity with EstimateOne and locating tenders
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Effective planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude
- The ability to work autonomously

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
